Feeling like everything is out of place, Feeling like you don't belong here and you dont deserve this, nothing is working out for you, pain and pain, repeatedly getting hurt, not knowing where to go and what to do, not being able to stop thinking about it again and again..... Trust me! everybody will feel this way one or the other day, these feelings are like Pepperoni to your Pizza! Adds spices to your life.
How to overcome Thinking:
If you are making an genuine effort to come out the pain, follow below techniques, it will help controlling the thoughts, your brain trying to present, retain what's beautiful, and what makes you feel good, Let go of the rest.
a) Cry:
That's right! its not wrong to let out your emotions and only way to make you feel calm is by allowing them to flow and not by blocking them. Cry out as much as you feel like, until feel no more drop is left there to drain. Listening to the deep sad music will help you in this process. this process makes you feel tired, which cools down some of your emotions, which helps you to go the next level.
b) Breath control or Meditation:
Next step is to take deep breaths (Inhale-hold-exhale) trying to concentrate only on the movement of you abdomen. do this for 3 min. when you are exhaling hum "Aummmmm" this creates vibration in your body awakening the cells which were exhausted of you being sick, waking them up makes your entire body cells get in line with what you do right now.
c) Affirm:
Now I want you to affirm the following 5 times, deep and loud enough to be heard by yourself
"I have power to heal and bounce back from pain, I don’t rely on time to heal me." Affirmation can be really powerful, it power of turning yourself into mentor, your brain controls you 99% of your time by manipulates you all the time, now its the time you play your game and you start controlling it to feel better. you can customize your affirmation according to your need.
d) Express what do you feel:
Most important thing is express what you feel. If you are someone who don’t, likes to share it, write it down, there is nothing right or nothing wrong, just say/ write all that’s coming to your mind all that’s bothering you. Share it with your pets, share it with someone you like, write it or share it with yourself.
e) Explore
When we are upset we tend to ignore all the good things happening around us. We tend to accumulate situations that attracts negative thought. You need to put a break for it. Get up, clean up , go out, do something good, eat someone refreshing, donate, take the fresh breeze, Sing, dance , draw, do whatever you feel good about. Remember we are alive not to waste our life grieving but to make best use of it. Listen to someone good and energizing, talk to positive people, make yourself a positive person.
f) Smile
Smile is the Key! Even when you don’t feel like it, smile! spread the happiness, fake it until you it. Keep your head high and keep your smile broad.
Follow these techniques for 3 days and you will be all set back to normal or even better!
Beautiful part of life is, you and only you decide on every single page of your life. Just remember nothing is co-incident in your life, every person you meet, every act you go through, its all meant to be part of your story. Life is the way you choose to design it, you can make it interesting or depressing. so it is always important to have and maintain good thoughts, good people around us. Attract good by thinking good, avoid negative thoughts. So it is important to remember life is like the way you design it, and decide to make best of it.
